Privacy Policy (GDPR)

This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled in connection with applications distributed via Google Play. It is a general policy and is not tied to any specific application. Processing of personal data, where applicable, is performed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Categories of Data Processed
Applications may process limited data necessary for operation and compliance, including:
- Usage data (e.g. app interactions, crash diagnostics)
- Device data (e.g. device model, operating system version)
No personal data such as name, address, or precise location is intentionally collected unless required by a specific feature and explicitly disclosed.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Art. 6)
Where applicable, data is processed on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) – ensuring functionality, security, and stability
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) – where explicitly requested and given by the user

Data is not sold, rented, or used for profiling or advertising purposes. Data may be shared only with essential service providers (e.g. analytics or crash reporting), or where required by law.
If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses may be applied.

Data is retained only for the minimum period necessary to achieve the purposes described, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
7. Data Security
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Under GDPR, users may have the right to:

Applications are not intended for children under the age of 13. Personal data of children is not knowingly processed.

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication.
